Frequently asked questions
General
Do you offer sliding scale or payment plans?

We understand that cost is an important factor and encourage you to review our pricing ahead of time to determine if it feels like the right fit.

Where do sessions take place?
Most of our coaching sessions take place virtually, allowing us to support clients in a comfortable, familiar environment.
We also offer in-person sessions in Chicago when both the coach and client prefer it and scheduling/location permits. All of our coaches are based in Chicago at this time.
What are your coaches’ qualifications?
All of our coaches hold a Master’s or Doctorate-level degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and/or their families.
In addition to their unique training, each of our coaches identifies as neurodivergent themselves. This lived experience, combined with a neurodivergent-affirming and strengths-based approach, allows us to provide deeply understanding, individualized support.
Who do you work with?
We primarily work with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, as well as parents and caregivers seeking support.
Our services are tailored to each individual’s goals, whether that’s building confidence, improving executive functioning, navigating relationships, or receiving caregiver guidance.
What is coaching (and how is it different from therapy)?
Coaching is a goal-oriented, collaborative process focused on building skills, increasing self-understanding, and creating meaningful change in day-to-day life.
While therapy often focuses on diagnosis and mental health treatment, coaching focuses on the present and future—helping you move forward with practical strategies and support.
What kinds of goals can coaching help with?
Coaching can support areas such as:
• Confidence and self-advocacy
• Unmasking and identity exploration
• Executive functioning (organization, time management, follow-through)
• Social connection and communication
• Life transitions and independence
Each coaching plan is personalized to your needs.

How often are sessions and how long do they last?
Most clients meet with their coach once per week, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
We offer packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
Do I have to be diagnosed to receive coaching?
No formal diagnosis is required.
We take a neurodivergent-affirming approach and welcome individuals who identify with or relate to neurodivergent experiences, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified.
