Hello, I'm Rachel gaspar!
I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals to build the life they want and need. I’m very excited to be coaching because I’ve seen and experienced first hand the difference that neurodiversity affirming support can make.
What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with neurodivergent people of all ages who want to learn how to work with their (or their child’s!) system. I especially love coaching parents on how to support their neurodivergent children and coaching teens and young adults with executive functioning skills. I love working across the lifespan when it comes to neurodiversity affirming care.
What is your coaching style like?
My coaching style is strengths-based, collaborative, practical and grounded in unconditional positive regard. Together we'll identify your goals and work step by step toward them. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to help you untangle challenges, identify what matters most to you, and find practical ways forward.
I bring my background as a speech-language pathologist, AuDHD adult, and parent of a neurodivergent child to my coaching work.
What is your goal working as a neurodivergent-affirming life coach?
My goal is to help you feel more confident, clear, and empowered in understanding your needs and finding ways to meet them. I whole-heartedly believe that each person is vitally important and that it benefits everyone when someone thrives.
I'm passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and free to show up as themselves. I believe that our differences make us stronger and that everyone deserves a sense of belonging.

🧠 I’m a late-identified AuDHDer with a special interest in neurodiversity and the neurodiversity-affirming movement. Learning more about neurodiversity has been incredibly meaningful both personally and professionally.
🗣️ I’ve been a Speech-Language Pathologist since 2012 and have worked in a variety of settings, including Early Intervention and public schools.
📚 I’m currently writing a book for parents of newly identified neurodivergent children. Supporting families on their journey is something I’m deeply passionate about.
🌊 I live near the ocean and jump in any chance I get. Nothing makes me happier than being close to the water!
🌿 Spending time outside in nature fills my cup. Whether it’s a quiet walk or simply being surrounded by greenery, I’m happiest outdoors.
🧘♀️ I go on silent retreats as often as I can, and for as long as I can. They’re one of my favorite ways to slow down, reflect, and recharge.
⚾📺🎶 Some of my previous special interests have included baseball, Saved by the Bell, and James Taylor. I love hearing about other people’s passions too!
😏 I have a sly sense of humor that tends to catch people off guard because I’m generally pretty quiet and reserved.
