Hello, I'm Nicole Khvalabov!

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming school systems can feel—for students, adults, and families alike. I’m passionate about helping people feel heard, informed, and empowered while building the skills needed for

authentic communication, self-advocacy, and confidence. My goal is to help each client feel seen, understood, and equipped with practical tools to navigate both daily life and complex systems.

I have supported many neurodivergent students, adults, and families over the years, and I also have ADHD. Because I live with ADHD myself, I bring a personal understanding of what it takes to build strategies that are actually sustainable in day-to-day life. I draw on both lived experience and professional knowledge to help clients implement tools that truly work—not just in theory, but in real life.

My work is grounded in a neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based approach that prioritizes self-understanding, unmasking, and sustainable strategies. I believe growth happens when people are supported in working with their brain—not against it—and when individuals and families feel confident advocating for themselves.

As a coach, I work with adults, students, and families to identify what works for them, build practical systems to reduce overwhelm, and develop confidence in navigating school, work, relationships, and daily life. I also support young adults as they transition beyond the structure of school, helping them build independence, self-understanding, and strategies that carry into real-world environments.

I have extensive experience supporting clients in navigating school systems, including IEPs, 504 plans, accommodations, and school meetings. I approach this work collaboratively, helping clients and families feel more confident, prepared, and supported throughout the process.

My goal is to provide compassionate, actionable coaching that helps people feel capable, confident, and supported—so they can move through life with more clarity, self-trust, and alignment with who they are.
