Hello, I'm Cassie Kretz!
I’m dedicated to helping neurodivergent people understand themselves, embrace how their brains work, and build lives that work with their neurodivergence rather than against it.
My passion is personal. I self-diagnosed as AuDHD in my early twenties, which transformed how I understood myself. My own journey has taught me the power of replacing shame with self-compassion, curiosity, and understanding what my brain needs.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, I’ve supported neurodivergent children, families, and educators. I bring both my professional experience and personal lived experience to my coaching.
I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and confident in who they are while finding practical ways to make everyday life feel more manageable.
What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with neurodivergent people of all ages, as well as parents, caregivers, and educators. I especially enjoy supporting late-diagnosed adults and those navigating executive functioning, sensory needs, communication challenges, life transitions, relationship and confidence building, and school supports such as IEPs and 504 plans.
What is your coaching style like?
My style is warm, relatable, strengths-based, compassionate, and practical. I want clients to feel heard and understood—not judged or “fixed.” Together, we’ll explore what’s making things difficult and identify strategies, accommodations, and supports that work with your brain.
What is your goal working as a neurodivergent-affirming life coach?
My goal is to help neurodivergent people replace shame with curiosity and self-judgment with self-compassion. Struggling doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Sometimes the answer isn’t trying harder—it’s finding a different approach, changing the environment, or getting the right support.

🧠 I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHDer with a special interest in neurodivergence, the nervous system, and holistic health.
🗣️ I’ve worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist since 2023 in elementary schools and early intervention settings.
