Hello, I'm Amanda Schatz!

I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and goals. Through my experience working with neurodivergent clients, I’ve seen how meaningful it can be to have support that is grounded in understanding, connection, and meeting each person where they are.

What kind of clients do you work with?

I work with neurodivergent individuals across a wide range of ages and stages of life, including people with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, and other unique needs and experiences. I especially enjoy supporting individuals as they navigate periods of transition and change.

Whether you’re adjusting to a new school environment, preparing for college, managing the demands of graduate school, or navigating another major life transition, I enjoy helping clients build confidence, identify strategies that work for them, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

What is your coaching style like?

My coaching approach is neurodivergent-affirming, supportive, and judgment-free. I believe that being neurodivergent is not something that needs to be “fixed.” Instead, coaching can be a space to better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop practical strategies that work with the way your brain naturally works.

Together, we can explore the challenges you’re experiencing, identify what matters most to you, and find strategies that feel realistic and supportive for your life.

My own experience living with anxiety also allows me to personally connect with many of the challenges that can come with navigating life's obstacles.

What is your goal working as a neurodivergent-affirming life coach?

My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and confident in navigating life. Whether you’re managing ADHD, executive functioning challenges, transitions, relationships, work, or other areas of life, I hope to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, develop strategies that work for you, and move forward with greater confidence and self-advocacy.
